Building Automation Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Specialist to manage our commercial and industrial HVAC and control systems. With extensive experience in automation and HVAC industries, this specialist will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of our building services.
Key Responsibilities:
* HVAC Plant Management: Ensure comfort conditions and energy targets are achieved across all sites.
* Control Systems Servicing, Repairing and Installing: Maintain and upgrade control systems on commercial and industrial premises.
Requirements:
* At least 3-5 years of experience in automation and HVAC fields.
* Familiarity with industry protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON) and computer networking.
* Experience with Tridium Niagara or similar automation products is required.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and plant operating instructions.
* Troubleshooting and Rectification: Diagnose and rectify electrical or control faults in HVAC BMS systems.
* Project Coordination: Prepare quotes and work autonomously or as part of a team.
* Candidate Profile: Well-presented individuals with strong customer service skills and ability to liaise with clients.
* Qualifications: Trade Qualified Electrician or Air-Conditioning Technician with relevant licenses.
