About the role: Provide social support and companionship Assist with transport, shopping, and community outings Deliver personal care with dignity and respect Support independence through light domestic tasks and meal preparation What we can offer you: Organizational support by having dedicated mentors/team leaders. Wide variety of shifts available Monday – Friday 7am-3pm (minimum 3 days availability required) What we are looking for: A passionate, caring, and empathetic nature Willingness to learn and develop new skills through training Certificate III/IV in Community, Aged Care or Disability (highly desirable); Nursing students welcome Community aged care experience (highly regarded) Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential) Current First Aid, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) About us: Lumia Care is a leading innovator in Australian Healthcare.
