Support sales operations with promotions, pricing and product data in a dynamic FMCG team. Nippy's is seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven individual to support our Sales, Marketing & Distribution team in delivering excellence across our promotional programs, pricing, and product data management.

About the Role

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of information, promotions, and product data across our major retail customers, distributors, and internal teams. You'll help deliver accurate promotional programs, maintain pricing integrity, support product visibility across key platforms, and strengthen Nippy's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and manage promotional programs and quarterly promotion grids

· Maintain accurate, up-to-date pricing and communicate changes to customers and vendors

· Coordinate company correspondence and case management across major account portals

· Manage product data, imagery and online requirements via GS1 and major retailer platforms

· Support sales representatives with effective POS materials and trade flyers

· Work closely with account teams to coordinate stock, freight, and ordering requirements

· Build strong internal and external relationships to support sales success

· Uphold WHS standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are an organised, proactive and detail-focused professional who thrives in a busy FMCG environment. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and enjoy supporting a team to deliver great outcomes. Your ability to stay ahead of deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy will be key to your success.

You will also have

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Excellent organisation and time-management capability

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office procedures

· High attention to detail and a self-motivated approach

· Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across a fast-paced environment
