YOUR ROLE
Working as part of the Planning & Infrastructure Group, the Manager, Infrastructure Delivery will lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the delivery, monitoring, and reporting of capital infrastructure projects across MACS schools.
This role ensures high-quality project delivery, risk mitigation, compliance with safety standards, and timely reporting to senior stakeholders. It is ideal for a leader with strong construction project management experience and a passion for improving outcomes for schools.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering capital projects across schools.
* Oversee the delivery of projects within cost, quality, and timeline targets.
* Actively manage OH&S and risk across all construction projects.
* Oversee project data collection, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
* Provide policy, compliance, and risk advice to senior management.
* Represent infrastructure projects at approval panels and governance committees.
* Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team capability.
ABOUT YOU
* Tertiary qualification in Design, Construction, or Building-related field.
* Demonstrated leadership in capital works or infrastructure programs.
* Experience using project management software to monitor and report progress.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to develop policies and program guidelines.
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence and Construction Industry White Card.
* Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
