Locum Specialist in Psychiatry - Women's Mental Health (Fractional)

About the Department
This transformative mental health service, a partnership between Alfred Health, Ramsay Health Care, and Goulburn Valley Health, supports Victorian women each year with complex mental health conditions, including trauma, sexual abuse, eating disorders, and perinatal mental health issues.
About the Role
Applications are invited for a Locum Specialist in Psychiatry to provide clinical expertise at the Specialist Women's Mental Health Centre. The position is for 24 hours per week, from 8 September 2025 to 6 September 2026, as parental leave backfill.
Qualifications and Experience
* Legally qualified medical practitioners registered or registrable with AHPRA without conditions, undertakings, or reprimands impacting clinical practice.
* Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP).
* Relevant knowledge and experience in Psychiatry, including treatment of eating disorders.
* Meets Alfred Health credentialing and scope of practice requirements in Psychiatry.
* Teaching and research involvement are desirable.
