We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused full-time Technical Sales Representative to join our Victorian team. In this role, you will work across multiple Victorian branches, building strong relationships with trade, retail, and wholesale customers while providing technical knowledge, product solutions, and sales support.
This is a dynamic position that involves travel between our branches; Geelong, Ballarat, Shepparton, Mildura and Wodonga, engaging with customers on-site, and working closely with branch managers and sales teams to drive business growth.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the following:
* Providing excellent customer service, support and advice including onsite support and guidance;
* Administrative duties including preparation of quotations, customer invoicing, ordering and processing of sales;
* Build positive working relationships with trading partners to ensure the ongoing development of the brand and Group reputation.
Your role
You will have the responsibility in the delivery of the following key tasks:
* Develop and maintain relationships with our new and existing customers all over Victoria to increase sales opportunities
* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
* Present, demonstrate, and sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets
* Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
* Manage the sales process from initial contact through to order processing and follow-up
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues or complaints professionally
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
* All other duties as reasonably directed and required.

* A current driver's license (preferred manual but not necessary).
