The Role
This is a hands-on, growth-focused position designed to build a complete agent.
You’ll work alongside experienced operators, learning how to prospect, position property, and manage buyers with precision. The focus is on building real relationships, not surface-level interactions. Every conversation is an opportunity to create trust and move people forward.
With structured, on-the-job training and clear processes, you’ll develop the skills to confidently handle buyers, support listing campaigns, and contribute to negotiations. Over time, this role builds the foundation for stepping into your own pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting and database growth to build personal brand presence
• Managing buyer enquiries and guiding them through the process
• Preparing and executing Open For Inspections
• Assisting with listing presentations and campaign preparation
• Maintaining accurate records and following structured processes
• Supporting the team across active campaigns and client communication
