Kenbury is partnering with a globally recognised advisory firm seeking an Analyst to join its Utilities & Infrastructure team in Sydney.

The Sydney team is active across both domestic and cross-border M&A mandates, offering exposure to complex, high-profile transactions within a collaborative and high-performing environment.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, LBO and infrastructure/project finance models)
* Perform valuation analysis and scenario modelling
* Support due diligence and execution workstreams across live transactions
* Assist in preparation of Information Memoranda, board materials and pitch books
* Conduct sector research and develop insights across regulated and contracted infrastructure assets
Ideal Candidate
* 12-18 months' experience in Investment Banking, Infrastructure Advisory, Big 4 M&A/Transaction Services, Valuations or Project Finance
* Exposure to Utilities, Infrastructure, Energy or Renewables highly regarded
* Strong financial modelling capability and technical grounding
* Outstanding academic record (top-tier university preferred)
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and commercial judgement
* Driven, team-oriented and committed to building a career in advisory
