The Role
Open to Associates, Senior Associates and Special Counsel, this role will see you working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of administrative law and litigation matters, including:
* Managing a caseload of merits and judicial review matters
* Acting for government and regulatory bodies in tribunal and court proceedings
* Drafting advice, submissions, and litigation strategies
* Preparing evidence and key court/tribunal documentation
* Undertaking advocacy in tribunal and lower court settings (where appropriate)
* Instructing counsel and assisting with hearings
You'll gain meaningful client exposure and play a hands‐on role across the lifecycle of matters.
About You
* 2–10 PQE with experience in litigation and/or public/administrative law
* Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management ability
* Interest in advocacy and developing court/tribunal experience
* Motivated to grow your career in a high‐performing team
