Overview
At Odyssey Lifestyle Care Communities, we call this role a Wellness Manager because it goes beyond traditional clinical leadership. It's about nurturing teams, raising care standards, and redefining aged care in a vibrant community that feels like home.
As a Wellness Manager, you'll lead with purpose, oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations, drive quality outcomes across resident care and service delivery, foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and compassion, and support a pioneering model of dignified, home‑based care that enhances the lives of our residents.
