Electricians & Trade Assistants – BESS Installation Contractor – South Newcastle

They operate across Wind, Solar & BESS projects nationally and are experiencing exciting growth.
Duties
* Punch listing and quality checks on site
* TA's - general assistance to Electricians, changing out equipment, replacing damaged equipment
* Perform wiring, grounding, and conduit runs per project specs
* Test and troubleshoot battery racks, PCS, and BMS connections
* Conduct QA/QC checks on electrical installations
* Verify system grounding and bonding compliance
* Follow safety protocols and LOTO procedures
* Coordinate with site leads and other trades as needed
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Electricians - must be trade qualified and have current LVR/CPR
* TA's require general experience, ideally assisting Electrical projects
* Any industrial electrical sector experience accepted
* Available for the duration of the shutdown
* Current driving license
* Solar Farm & BESS experience (preferable but not essential)
* Willing to work long hours
* Able to pass medical
Details
* BESS project in south Newcastle
* Camp Accommodation & meals provided if required OR travel allowance
* Shutdown from 11/12/25 ongoing no later than 23/12/25
