The successful applicant will also possess relevant qualifications, including NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or a willingness to obtain.
* Provide person-centred care to residents, assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents
* Assess resident needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to improve quality of life
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse qualification
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or ability to obtain
* Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration
