Responsibilities
* Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming and feeding.
* Support residents with mobility and physical assistance.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Monitor and document residents' progress, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care while fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the facility.

To Thrive In This Role, You Will Need
* A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* An NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID.
* All required qualifications must be recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
You Will Also Have
* A passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* An understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence.
