S.P.E.E.C.H Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality paediatric speech pathology services to children and families across the Gold Coast.
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be the operational heartbeat of our clinics, working closely with our reception team, speech pathologists, and allied health assistants to ensure the practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care.

Key Responsibilities
Practice & Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, policies, and administrative systems
Liaise with IT providers and manage office services
Continuously improve workflows, systems, and efficiency
Clinical & Client Support
Support team performance through effective scheduling and intake processes
Oversee client communication and service coordination
Ensure a welcoming, professional experience for families
Manage invoicing, payments, and reporting
Support achievement of business targets
Liaise with families and NDIS plan managers
People & Culture
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes
Support a positive, connected, and values-aligned team culture
Marketing & Growth Support
Maintain online presence and social media
Conduct surveys and support promotion of programs and services
What We're Looking For
3–5 years' experience in office or practice management (healthcare preferred)
Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with a relationship-focused approach
Tech-savvy, with experience using practice management systems (Cliniko desirable)
High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
Empathy and understanding of working with children with disabilities and their families
