This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive and flexible team environment, contributing to the brand's continued growth. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will focus on building engagement across the customer base. Driving both acquisition and retention strategies, you will be responsible for Email, SMS and push notifications to ensure they all work harmoniously with each other. This is an opportunity for either an experienced CRM Specialist to step up into this role or an experienced CRM Manager who wants to evolve and grow within this role. Key responsibilities include: • Define the CRM Strategy with the Head of Digital • Develop and execute the customer lifecycle marketing and triggered communication strategies • Deliver revenue growth for email, SMS and web push • Manage pre and post sales flows to optimise all opportunities • Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to drive acquisition strategies • Manage all aspects of email builds, testing and scheduling of marketing communications • Champion a data-driven approach throughout the business to ensure campaign effectiveness • Ongoing management of the CDP to pull segments and insights in order to optimise owned channels • Ongoing development of digital products to ensure best in practice features, functionality • Responsible for all email reporting on a weekly, monthly basis • Provide an extensive sales and tracking KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis To be successful in this role, you will have: • 3 years of experience in a similar CRM role • A love for insights and data • Proficiency in Klaviyo • Experience in fashion retail is preferred Culture and Benefits: In return, you will be part of a growing Australian fashion brand with a strong national presence, 1-day WFH, generous product discounts, work alongside a high-performing and supportive leadership team.
