Overview We are seeking 2 experienced Registered Nurses to join our client, a leading Occupational Health Advisor, on a Fulltime Permanent basis in Hobart & Davonport.
They deliver high-quality medical assessments, pre-employment checks, and workplace health services to a range of industries, including mining, construction, rail, transport, and corporate sectors.In this role, you will conduct workforce medicals and assessments, ensuring employees are fit for work and compliant with relevant industry health standards.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pre-employment/health assessments including, functional capacity assessments, drug & alcohol testing, and health surveillance checks these maybe conducted at office or client sitesPerform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicalsMaintaining accurate health records and work as part of a team to finalise compliant assessmentsWork in partnership with stakeholders including Doctors and other specialised health professionals to deliver a streamlined health assessment service to candidatesProvide client centric approach to health assessments and support in ongoing review and development of best practiceEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations About You Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registrationExperience in occupational health, workplace assessments, or a clinical background in a similar setting (desirable but not essential as training available)Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger teamExcellent administration and case management and attention to detail for reportingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills What's on offer Monday to Friday hours (no shift work or weekends)Base salary plus superannuation plus Nursing Award Standard penaltiesTravel allowances if requiredEmployee reward and recognition program and Regular team building activitiesStrong focus on personal and professional development opportunitiesEAP available to all staff and their immediate familyA fun, positive and vibrant cultureSafe work environment with a strong commitment to health and wellbeingIf you are a Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role in occupational health, please click the "Apply" button
