What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive, you’ll be a vital part of our client service team, supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and helping to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Client Support & Administration – Assist in the preparation of quotes, renewals, and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Portfolio Assistance – Support Account Manager in managing SME and Commercial client portfolios, including responding to client queries and processing endorsements.
* Relationship Building – Help maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and a proactive, service-first approach.
* Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to coordinate client solutions and ensure seamless service.
* Learning & Development – Take advantage of mentoring and training opportunities to deepen your industry knowledge and grow your broking expertise.

We’re looking for driven professionals with a strong mix of expertise and enthusiasm for the insurance industry. Ideally, candidates will bring:
•Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
•Relevant industry certifications or professional development in financial services
•Strong knowledge of general insurance products, particularly SME and commercial lines.
•Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or financial services.
