Rare opportunity to be based in Brisbane. Global alternative asset manager with a proven track record. Our client is a global alternative asset manager looking to hire an Investment Analyst to join their Real Estate Private Credit team in Brisbane.
With a long and proven track record of providing flexible, tailored financing solutions across the APAC region, this is a manager who has gained significant traction investing in real estate and construction private credit over a number of years and has a deep capital pool for them to deploy from. They have the benefit of both a global footprint yet local and agile investment decision making capability.
The Investment Analyst will support their continued growth and expansion within real estate private credit investing. Key responsibilities of the role will involve supporting the team with all aspects of due diligence and deep financial analysis to ensure the successful deployment of funds. As part of a collegiate team, you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of investing and will have the opportunity to learn from a highly experienced and well-credentialed senior team.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance gained from a Big 4 CA firm or investment bank/independent advisory firm, from real estate institutional banking or a real estate investor/asset manager.
* Highly analytical and numerate nature.
* Curious and inquisitive investor mindset.
* Applicants must have full working rights for Australia to be considered.
