About the role
We're looking for a visionary
Creative Director
to shape and evolve every aspect of Zorali's brand expression. This role is not just about storytelling — it's about guiding the entire creative ecosystem: from the gear we design, to the content and campaigns we launch, to the way we gather our community.
In this role, you will set the creative bar, ensuring everything we make feels authentically Zorali: premium, purposeful, playful, and aligned with our mission to help people enjoy the restorative power of nature. You'll lead our Product, Brand, and Community teams, and external creative collaborators, to deliver on big ideas with the kind executional excellence that imprints Zorali in the eyeballs and minds nature-lovers everywhere.

You'll learn (and teach) by doing — rolling up your sleeves to design, direct, ideate, and delegate — ensuring that across every medium, every interaction, Zorali's making the outdoors more accessible to everybody, every single day.
Your responsibilitiesOwn these things:
* Setting the vision
, driving and evolving Zorali's creative direction across product, inspiration, and community
* Ensuring Zorali's brand style
, tone of voice, and visual language is consistent across digital, packaging, retail, film, gear, apparel, community — everything
* Leading creative development
of product launches, community initiatives, and seasonal campaigns from concept to delivery
* Directing high-profile creative outputs
— art direction, shoot direction, film/story development, design — and modelling expectations of excellence
* Inspiring and mentoring the creative team
— producers, designers, filmmakers, freelancers — and providing feedback that elevates quality and builds capability.
Drive these things (with support, naturally):
* Collaboration with Product and Design teams
, to guide aesthetics (colours, trims, packaging, naming, messaging) so all our gear feels distinctively Zorali
* Trend-spotting
, and keeping on the pulse of culture, design, and inspiration, to keep Zorali creatively relevant
* Creating meaningful community experiences
in collaboration with the Community & Events team — from activations to retail pop-ups, campouts, meetups, and ambassador initiatives
Support these things:
* Cross-functional collaboration
with Marketing, Performance, and Partnerships to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven results
* Guide resourcing
, agency partnerships, and freelancer management, to deliver premium creative on time and on brief.
What success looks like in your first 90 days…
* You've established a clear, inspiring creative north star that touches product, content, and community
* You've lifted the creative standard across Zorali — ensuring assets feel premium, consistent, and authentically us
* You've partnered with Product, Brand and Community teams to embed the creative vision into their processes
* You've delivered a hero campaign or launch that inspires our community and drives results
* You've begun mentoring the creative/content team and setting an even higher bar for high-quality creative work.

* Directed a brand film shoot, ensuring every frame reflects Zorali's mission and outdoor spirit
* Partnered with Product on design and colour direction for an upcoming gear development
* Reviewed ad creative concepts, aligning performance goals with brand integrity
* Sketched out a vision for a Back to Nature campout — weaving product, film, and experience into one story
* Shared cultural inspiration (a documentary, a photographer, an outdoor movement) to fuel the team's creative energy
* Mentored a designer on elevating visual assets for a seasonal campaign.
You'll thrive in this role if you…
* Have 7+ years creative leadership experience, ideally in lifestyle, outdoor, fashion, or consumer brands
* Can showcase your proven ability to build and evolve a brand's visual language across multiple touchpoints (product, digital, campaigns, packaging, retail)
* Can draw from experience leading campaigns from concept to delivery across film, photography, digital, and experiential
* Have a strong design sensibility with the ability to art direct across mediums
* Love partnering with product design teams and guiding creative expression through physical goods
* Have the energy, drive, and skills to mentor and inspire creative teams
* Are a born collaborator, with experience working with cross-functional partners
* Possess highly developed organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing quality
* Have a passion for the outdoors and belief in its power to restore the human spirit.
