We are seeking a professional and motivated Portfolio Recruitment Advisor to support our Defence contract within the wider National Recruitment Team. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will join a high‑performing team regarded as trusted advisors to the business. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach, professionalism, and passion for delivering quality outcomes.
* Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle across a designated Defence portfolio, including briefing, sourcing, assessment, compliance processing, and seamless onboarding to site.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
* Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with operational and contract leaders, providing timely and strategic recruitment support.
* Develop, curate and manage a proactive talent pipeline to meet both planned and rapid‑response workforce needs across Defence sites.
* Collaborate effectively within the national team, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting colleagues when required.
About you
* Experience in high‑volume, campaign, or project‑based recruitment will be highly regarded.
* Background in fast‑paced recruitment, HR, or a similar stakeholder-facing environment.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver high‑quality service.
* Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities with professionalism.
