We are seeking a skilled and organized Purchasing Coordinator who will oversee procurement with external suppliers via our established settlement processes, delivering exceptional customer service to drivers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Efficiently manage all asset orders, ensuring the procurement of vehicles aligns with guidelines, meeting SLA's and KPI's.
2. Vehicle ordering and supplier acceptance.
3. On-time delivery management - efficient management of the order pipeline, including clear updates to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Vehicle confirmation process.
5. Vehicle delivery process.
6. Off-lease/vehicle return management.
7. Management of shared inboxes.
8. Providing consistently exceptional customer service.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is...
1. Familiar with the Leasing, Finance, or Automotive industry.
2. Holds relevant customer service experience, particularly in procurement.
3. Has experience using ERP systems, including Miles.
4. Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite.
5. Delivers results within set service length agreements (SLA's).
6. Provides strong stakeholder management.
7. A great problem solver, enjoying working in a vibrant team.
