We are currently seeking a Full Time Fixed Term (12 months) staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.
The role
Reporting to the Management Accounting Coordinator, we are seeking a candidate who can bring their skills and experience for:
* Finance business partnering
* Management accounting and performance reporting
* Preparation of the annual budget and long term financial plan
* Customer service and stakeholder engagement.
To be considered you will have experience in:
* Management accounting activities including journal processing, reconciliations and variance analysis
* Clear and concise report writing for various audiences
* Finance systems and business intelligence databases
* Developing budgets and forecasts
* Complex investigatory activities and development of business plans
* Working with various stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes including Managers and Executives
* Experience working in local government (desirable)
* Experience in Magiq reporting system (desirable)
