About This Role:
You will spearhead our dropship programme, overseeing strategy, direction and implementation. You'll be accountable for ongoing operations and the financial performance of this critical business pillar.
This strategic role has been instrumental in our growth and success. As such, you will leverage your extensive commercial and retail experience to drive the expansion of our product assortment and maintain a competitive edge.
Key to your success will be managing a team responsible for curating and selecting dropship products from new and existing suppliers. Together, you will partner with these suppliers to build a substantial and diverse product offering that supports our ongoing growth targets.
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to further enhance our omni-channel customer proposition. You will propose and launch new initiatives to improve the customer experience and increase revenue.
To achieve our short-term and long-term financial goals, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to attract exclusive and differentiated suppliers and products.
