In this role, your primary objective will be to provide high-level, practical, and efficient support for course programs and business development, benefiting project teams and key stakeholders.You will be responsible for reporting and analytical support, developing communications, fostering key internal and external relationships, and consulting on key programs and projects. This is a highly collaborative role in which you will establish and manage relationships between project teams and internal/external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for program participants. Additionally, you will actively cultivate connections with relevant industry, government, and academic partners to foster new collaborations with rCITI.This role reports to the rCITI Director and has no direct reports.Salary, Level 7 - $110,073 to $119,132 per annum + 17% superannuationFull timeFixed-term contract – 12 monthsLocation: Kensington – Sydney, AustraliaAbout UsUNSW isn’t like other places you’ve worked. We are dedicated to conducting high-level, interdisciplinary transport research and development, focusing on sustainable approaches to transport infrastructure and operations while maintaining strong engagement with industry and government. For more information visit - https://www.rciti.unsw.edu.au/Skills & ExperienceRelevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.Demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively on initiatives with a range of people at different levels within an organisationDemonstrated passion for education and business, and the ability to provide valuable insights.Experience working with a range of computer systems and applications, including MS Office, Moodle, Blackboard.Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.Proven project experience, with an understanding of the project life cycle and development of project plans, objectives and documentation.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.Demonstrated experience in developing and writing business case for industry, government and external end user partner audiences.An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.Additional details about the specific responsibilities for this position can be found in the position description.
