We're a growing Strata Maintenance Company and looking for a hands‐on team leader to join the team. If you are organised, have good time management skills, enjoy working with people and ensure things run smoothly day‐to‐day, this could be a great fit.
This is an autonomous role with great benefits and an opportunity to work from home.
Initial role will be 20 - 30 hours per week, permanent part‐time with the opportunity to move into a full‐time role as things progress.
What You'll Be Doing
* Working across strata cleaning and gardening jobs (experience here is a bonus)
* Assisting with the quoting process
* Visit sites to carry out quality control
* Meeting with clients to understand their needs
* Liaising with teams to ensure they are following the right protocols
What We're Looking For
* Some experience or understanding of the strata maintenance industry or a related industry, like property management.
* Good time management skills
* Good communication skills
* Someone who can take the initiative and get things done without being micromanaged
