Position Overview
The position of a Senior Lending Officer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional banking experiences to members. This involves engaging with new and prospective members through outbound calls, building meaningful relationships by establishing trust and confidence, and educating them on digital banking tools.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Excellence: Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring member satisfaction is paramount.
* Business Development: Making outbound calls to engage with members and grow the Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios.
* Community Partnerships: Building relationships within the Defence Community and collaborating with the Credit Team to meet member expectations.
About You:
You are a results-driven, self-motivated individual who excels at delivering exceptional member experiences. Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can build and maintain strong relationships with members.
* Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential.
