Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Design Experience Architect to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to craft rich, interactive experiences that delight millions of users worldwide.
As a key member of our engineering community, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of performant, delightful user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
Key responsibilities include driving collaboration with Product Managers, designers, and fellow engineers to scope, define, and deliver impactful product features.
Evolving and scaling our frontend architecture through reusable component libraries and shared design systems is also a critical aspect of this role.
Additionally, you will champion accessibility, performance, and engineering best practices across multiple product surfaces.
Writing robust, well-tested code and proactively identifying areas for technical improvement or refactor will also be part of your daily tasks.
Finally, you will guide design and code reviews, mentor peers, and raise the technical bar for your team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
1. Highly experienced in building complex, user-facing applications using modern frontend technologies (we use React and TypeScript).
2. Comfortable taking ownership of features end-to-end—from architecture to delivery and thrive in environments where you drive the
