In managing its national network of early learning centres, Goodstart Property Team carries out multiple critical functions relating to the building, managing, maintaining properties. The Property Invoicing Officer will report to the National Property Manager and be responsible for processing the payment of invoices relating to these property functions.
Your Impact
Receive and enter a high volume of invoices and payment claims into the Goodstart finance system for payment.
Raise purchase orders for approved expenditure as requested by managers and project managers.
Check to ensure that invoices and costs paid are raised correctly so that accurate financial tracking is possible.
Liaise with Project Managers, PMO team, Property Management Team, Accounts Payable and other internal stakeholders to provide a reliable service.
Accurately track progress of costs, providing regular reporting to the Manager as required.
Continually look for opportunities to improve processes and add value to the team, whilst maintaining accuracy and reliability of data.
Be a positive team player and be able to problem solve where needed.
You'll help achieve this by
Experience of processing invoices at a high volume in a fast - paced environment.
Skilled with MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SAP financial systems an advantage.
Have a knowledge of basic financial principles.
Experience in the childcare, facilities management, construction sectors would be highly regarded.
