We're looking for professional and reliable Security Guards to work at a large New Year's Eve event in Brisbane City. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while helping ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for all.

What You'll Do:
* Ensure Safety: Create a secure environment for clients and guests.
* Provide Exceptional Service: Assist customers with inquiries and maintain a positive atmosphere.
* Manage Risks: Identify, report, and document potential risks during your shift.
* Communicate Effectively: Utilize strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Resolve Conflicts: Employ conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
* Know Your Protocols: Understand workplace emergency procedures and protocols.
Key Selection Criteria:
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
* Current Queensland Security License with Crowd Control Function.
* Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain.
* Availability to work on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2025.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
