Provide proactive executive support to enable efficient decision‑making. Coordinate leadership meetings, QBRs, vendor sessions, and inclusive team events. Your Ingredients for success … Top-flight EA experience supporting senior executives in complex corporate environments, preferably within the Financial Services / Technology domain. Strong commercial awareness and ability to prioritise based on business needs. Inclusive communication style and excellent relationship‑building skills. Highly developed computer literacy – in particular advanced diary, inbox, and organisational capabilities. Confidence engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels with a strong commitment to identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Exceptional attention to detail, EQ and comfort working in fast‑moving environments with competing priorities and demands. Why join us?
