Due to continued growth across our Manufacturing, Industrial, FMCG, Chemical, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device sectors, we are seeking an energetic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, managing your own client portfolio while sourcing and placing high-quality candidates across a range of technical and operational roles. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates in some of Australia's most dynamic manufacturing environments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with clients to take detailed job briefs and understand their workforce needs
Conducting targeted searches and managing advertising campaigns to attract top talent
Screening, interviewing, and presenting suitable candidates to clients
Managing the full recruitment process from job brief to placement and post-placement follow-up
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Providing market insights and supporting clients with workforce and retention strategies
Ensuring compliance and best practice standards throughout the recruitment process
You'll be supported by a highly engaged management team, modern recruitment technology, and a marketing function that helps you succeed in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate will have:
1–3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A genuine interest in working with people and delivering quality outcomes
A team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow your recruitment career
