Main Responsibilities
The key duties of this position include:
* Coordinating courses or teaching subjects and providing a high-quality learning experience for students.
* Designing innovative curriculum that reflects developing best practice nationally, utilizing various methodologies.
* Evaluating learning and teaching initiatives using an evidence-based approach.
* Contributing to La Trobe's Scholarship of Learning and Teaching (SOLT) through conference and seminar presentations.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants must have:
* A PhD degree or equivalent accreditation in a relevant discipline area.
* Current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
* Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, curriculum development, and subject coordination.
* Ability to encourage intellectual development and career aspirations of students.
