**How will I help?**
As a Westpac Institutional Banking Operations (WIB Ops) team member, you play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building effective relationships with business partners across other teams in Group Operations and the wider Westpac Group.
This role directly contributes to the Westpac Vision of Helping Australians Succeed with the principal purpose of this role being to provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience whilst fulfilling their requests.
The role provides support for transactional support enquiries for our Westpac Institutional clients.
You will work to ensure you remain focused on the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures when completing functional activities by role modelling Westpac's values of Helpful, Ethical, Leading Change, Performing & Simple.

- Strong administrative skills, able to assess and validate various documents and follow processes and policy, within a highly compliant environment
- You are adaptable, resilient and strive working with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail confident identifying and investigating errors
- Confident communicator - both written and verbal - able to build professional partnerships with internal and external customers
- Banking / Finance knowledge desirable
