Our client is committed to providing high quality service and patient care using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. The team of highly skilled and dedicated doctors and staff offer a range of services across their sites including CT, MRI, x-ray and ultrasound.
All about the role
We are seeking a general radiographer to join our client's team who is competent in general and OPG. You will be required to work across their multiple sites across Hobart in line with their roster. You will be well supported by their team which is made up of administration and reception support, radiographers, sonographers and radiologists. The role is casual to commence in July, most durations will be considered. Local applicants are encouraged to apply, however there is travel and accommodation support on offer. There is no hire car available for this locum.
All about the duties will I perform?
Perform high quality x-rays including OPG
Provide a high level of patient care at all times
Day shift, no late nights – 8:30am to 5:30pm
Operate their machines and adhere to the protocols, procedures and policies.
Ability to work alongside other medical imaging professionals and administration staff
The skills and experience I need for this job
Current AHPRA registration – no restrictions
TAS Radiation licence or eligible licence under AMR
Current Vaccinations
Correct working rights for Australia
Experience working in a similar setting will be highly regarded
