The Position
As a Community Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting public housing tenants.
* Provide tenancy advice, case management, and education to residents.
* Conduct home assessments and develop care plans tailored to families.
* Support clients with rental deductions, arrears management, and property maintenance reporting.
* Build strong relationships with residents, community members, and stakeholders.
* Contribute to service improvement initiatives and program development.
* Monitor and report on case progress against program KPIs to ensure the highest level of service is maintained.
* Support clients in practical ways, including property cleaning and garden maintenance, if needed.
