The Role
As a Commercial Project Manager will manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage commercial construction projects from planning to handover.
* Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and schedules.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and on‐site teams.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
* Manage client communications and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling and project control.
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Understanding of Australian construction regulations, codes, and safety requirements.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building or similar (desirable).
