Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining store security and minimizing shrinkage.
You will be responsible for:
* Maintaining store security systems and ensuring compliance with company policies;
* Responding to incidents and investigating theft;
* Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with stakeholders;
* Working collaboratively with the Loss Prevention Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in customer service, preferably in retail or hospitality;
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
* A current Australian driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.
