The successful candidate will be responsible for driving complex capital works and infrastructure projects that support safe, effective healthcare across the region.
* Coordinate and manage capital works and project delivery across the region.
* Implement and maintain a framework for managing capital assets and ensuring quality standards are met.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Manage project lifecycle activities, risks, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide high-level project advice to support business growth and development.
