Job Title: Financial Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Financial Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including invoice entry, payment, and reconciliation.

In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as processing credit card transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Invoice entry, payment, and reconciliation
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Credit card entry and reconciliation
• Account and bank reconciliations
• Petty cash reconciliations and reimbursements
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a finance or bookkeeping role (preferably)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with accounting software systems
