**Looking for**:
Technical Service Manager, Technical Support Enginner
Office/Warehouse Address: 98 Catalano Cct, Canning Vale WA 6155

**Description of the Position**
The role is to provide technical support and troubleshooting advice for solar inverter and battery storage systems, to distributors, installers, and end users around Australia.
This is a pure technical-based customer service / technical support position with occasional national travel required.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Warranty claims processing, generating cases via CRM to track and resolve customer inquiries, answering technical product inquiries
- Liaise with service, sales, R&D, and repair centre departments to ensure cases are dealt with efficiently

**Additional requirements for Technical Service Manager**:
1. 2-3 years of service or related experience in the PV industry (inverter, storage, battery, etc);
2. Working flow optimisation & Sydney service team management.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Relevant qualification in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, or
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - particularly verbal

communication skills that will allow quick troubleshooting over the phone by getting to the root of the issue quickly and diffusing high-pressure scenarios such as frustrated customers.
- Good organisational skills
- Good technical understanding of Solar PV and electronics. The ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Eagerness to support all team members
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Solutions based mindset

**Role requirement**:

- Full-time position
- Hours of business: 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, local time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
