About the role:
As a Senior Manager in RSM's Business Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in helping mid‐market and emerging business clients navigate complexity, identify opportunity and build confidence in a world of change.
Beyond delivering high-quality accounting and tax outcomes, you'll act as a strategic adviser, partnering closely with clients to understand their business, industry and long-term goals. You will also be responsible for leading, coaching and inspiring high‐performing teams, shaping the next generation of advisers at RSM.

Key responsibilities:
* Plan and delegate work to the team.
* Detail review of work papers and ensure they support financial statements.
* Apply knowledge of the business environment within which the client is operating and how the client is positioned in the industry.
* Consider long-term perspective on clients industry and identify possible opportunities and risks for the client.
* Meet with clients and form positive relationships.
* Manage work flow of the team and communicate with the partner on a frequent basis on necessary matters.
* Advise clients on practical and commercial issues and develop solutions which genuinely add value to the client's business.
* Share knowledge, best practices and industry market trends to actively increase the overall knowledge of the team.
* Review work of junior team members.
* Design, develop and analyse financial models.
* Resolve any complex accounting issues.
* Analyse management accounting reports and provide advice to clients.
* Ensure information in income tax returns is consistent with understanding of the client's business.
About you:
Education requirements:
* Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
* Completed CA or equivalent
Demonstrated experience & attributes:
* Minimum 6 - 8 years' experience in Professional Services
* Previous experience managing a team
* Strong communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Committed to continuing professional development
* Has developed internal and external network of specialists, professionals and associations
