* Maintain a high level of organisation at the front desk, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and efficient workflow to create a positive first impression for all individuals entering the gym.
* Assist in sales and retention efforts by promoting membership benefits, offering trial memberships, and upselling additional services or products.
* Collaborate with coaches and management to address new starter needs, facilitate smooth transitions between front desk and training areas, and provide seamless customer service.
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the new starter experience, such as organising community events, initiating member outreach initiatives, and implementing feedback-driven improvements.
* Take ownership of front desk operations, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Build rapport with members and new starters by addressing them by their first names, engaging in friendly interactions, and fostering a sense of community within the gym environment.
* Ensure timely follow-up on new starter requests, payments, and account maintenance to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.
