Job Overview
The Technical Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to deliver specialist engineering assessments, statutory approvals, and asset management support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the approval process for civil maintenance and construction activities.
* Conduct road safety audits, speed limit reviews, heavy vehicle permits, and roadside hazard reviews.
* Oversee condition assessments, hazard identification, and maintenance planning.
* Inspect and investigate civil infrastructure across the Infrastructure portfolio.
* Provide expert engineering advice to stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
* Develop and maintain quality assurance systems, policies, technical procedures, and reporting frameworks.
