We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our Institutional Abuse team.

About the Role
As a PA within our Institutional Abuse team, you will provide high-level administrative and practice support to solicitors working in this area. The work is important and often sensitive. While the subject matter can at times be confronting, we have strong systems in place to support our staff, including structured supervision, debriefing opportunities, manageable file allocations and a genuine open-door culture.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will be consistent with that of a Legal Personal Assistant and will include:
Diary and calendar management
Coordinating client appointments (in person and virtual)
Liaising with clients in a sensitive and professional manner
File management (electronic and physical)
Drafting and formatting correspondence and court documents
Preparing briefs and collating evidence
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and email
Billing and time entry support
General administrative assistance
You will work closely with solicitors to ensure matters progress efficiently and clients feel supported throughout the process.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Personal Assistant (litigation experience highly regarded)
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion
Compassion and emotional intelligence
The capacity to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
A team-focused, positive attitude
Experience in personal injury, abuse litigation, or other sensitive practice areas will be highly regarded but is not essential.
