About the role
Join the dynamic team at Jo Jones Property Specialists' as a full-time Sales or Sales Associate role based in the beautiful seaside town of Mollymook Beach, NSW. In this key role, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced sales agents in delivering outstanding real estate services to our valued clients or take the lead as your own stand alone agent.
What you'll be doing
* Actively participate in the marketing and sale of residential properties in the Mollymook Beach area
* Run open home inspections, property viewings and client communication
* Support the preparation of sales contracts, offer negotiations and property settlements
* Maintain detailed records and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
* Develop and nurture relationships with potential buyers and vendors
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in residential real estate sales or we can train you to be the shining star you deserve to be
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in using real estate software and technology or a willingness to learn
* A positive, customer-focused can do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team or fly solo when required
* A current real estate sales licence or the willingness to obtain one
