We're looking for a passionate and experienced Mandarin-speaking Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) or Room Leader to join a warm and nurturing early learning environment. The centre prides itself on providing a unique and holistic approach to early education - a place where children feel comfortable, valued, and inspired to learn.

About the Role
* Mandarin‐speaking Room Leader for the Baby Room
* Responsible for planning, implementing, and leading engaging learning experiences
* Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through nurturing, culturally responsive care
* Work collaboratively with a passionate and experienced team of educators
* Permanent position with flexibility on start date – the centre is happy to wait for the right person (potential 2026 start)
About You
* Fluent in both Mandarin and English
* Hold an approved Early Childhood Education qualification recognised in Australia
* Have full Australian working rights – the centre does not provide visa sponsorship
* Hold (or be eligible for) teacher accreditation / registration to teach in Australia
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‐building skills
* A genuine passion for early years education and supporting young children to thrive
