Grow Revenue Through Distribution Partners

Drive the expansion of revenue through strategic partnerships with distributors in the ANZ region, acting as a key liaison between these partners and the AvePoint account team. Develop and execute growth plans tailored to each distributor's specific needs and goals.


Key Responsibilities:

* Expand revenue growth through established distribution channels.
* Serve as a dedicated point of contact for distributors, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication with the AvePoint account team.
* Design and implement customized growth strategies with each distributor, ensuring alignment with both financial and qualitative objectives.
* Identify and capitalize on key opportunities for growth within each distribution partnership.
* Maintain regular on-site presence at distributor locations, a minimum of one day per month.
* Provide comprehensive training and upskilling programs for distributor employees, highlighting the value of AvePoint solutions and their seamless integration with Microsoft 365 platforms.
* Promote the movement of direct business through distribution channels (fulfillment).
* Represent AvePoint at industry events, webinars, and other public forums, reinforcing the company's brand presence and visibility.
* Manage a pipeline of business sourced from distribution channels.


What You Bring To The Team:

* Minimum 3 years of experience within the Microsoft channel ecosystem.
* Proven track record of managing and nurturing successful distribution relationships.
* Experience in contributing to or leading strategic planning initiatives with distributors.
* Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to empathize with partner needs and perspectives.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt accordingly.
