About the role As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - MSH Patient Flow Program, you will provide strategic nursing leadership and operational oversight that ensures safe, effective, and efficient patient care. * Providing high-level professional and operational nursing leadership across the Patient Flow Program. * Driving innovative models of care and patient flow strategies to maximise capacity and improve outcomes. * Leading fiscal and resource management, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. * Collaborating with executive teams, multidisciplinary staff, and external partners to deliver integrated care. * Supporting education, workforce capability, and research-driven improvements in clinical practice. About you We are looking for an experienced nursing leader who brings both strategic vision and operational expertise to drive excellence in patient flow. You will demonstrate: * Strong leadership experience in patient flow, emergency, or acute care settings. * Expertise in data analysis, fiscal management, and service redesign. * Ability to lead teams through change management, governance, and quality improvement. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Proven capability in workforce development, mentoring, and education strategies.
