Bring iconic Aussie brands to life in-store. We’re looking for a driven Territory Manager/ Sales Representative to help us grow these brands where it matters in pharmacies across North Queensland (Cairns or Townsville based).
What you’ll do
- Own and grow a portfolio of high potential retail partners
- Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution
- Execute the “Perfect Store” model – from planograms to displays and POS activation
- Build solid relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
- Capture and share competitor insights and on-the-ground opportunities
- Report on store-level execution using Salesforce to keep us ahead of the game

About you
- 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG helpful & experience is preferred)
- Track record of meeting or tracking sales targets
- Strong relationship-builder with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Able to travel across your territory
