About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will provide exceptional patient care and customer service by anticipating, recognizing, and meeting customer needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Arrive patients at the designated area
* Handle accounts, banking, Medicare batching, and other billing activities
* Manage appointments and appointment scheduling, ensuring the correct examinations are performed based on request forms
* Provide a high standard of patient care and customer service by anticipating, recognizing, and meeting customer needs
* Always act to protect patient privacy and dignity, and aim to ensure patient comfort
* Contribute to quality patient care through effective delivery of administrative services to the clinic
* Cooperate and assist other members of the team with training or excessive workload
* Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members
